Using AC invite to accelerate recruitment process

Hi everyone,

I networked through the summer and have been told by my contacts (at most of the top BBs in London) that I will be interviewed very soon. I've had first round interviews fairly recently with some of the banks and I am waiting to hear back from them. Now, I've been invited to an AC by one of the BBs (good BB but not GS/MS/JPM) which will happen over the next few weeks. In regards to my top choices, would it be possible to accelerate the process by leveraging my assessment center invite? I'm a little worried that since the assessment center will be in early Dec and if I get an offer, I won't be able to accelerate the interview process at other banks in time (Christmas/New year break) without rejecting the offer that I got or reneging at a future date (which I don't want to do). Is there any advice from you guys? Any experiences? Thanks a ton.
