Using Company Resources to Learn

Hi all, I am working at a finance company with a Bloomberg/Factset access. I work in operations and want to eventually move to investment banking. Where can I learn how to use these tools to make models and do personal side projects to upscale myself and gain modeling experience? Thanks!
