I have a good friend who goes to a target undergrad business school, but he doesn't want to go into banking. Do you think it would be fine to use his job board to apply to summer positions? Can he get into trouble? Will banks even look at my resume (I go to a USNWR top 20 school that's a semi-target) since it isn't from that school.

If it's just the emails or has a link to website for a drop an app, then I 'd say go ahead.
