Valuation interview at big 4
Hi, I have an interview with the valuation and modeling division with the big 4 as a full time analyst. Does anyone have an idea of how to prepare for the interview?

EY?
Yes, EY
Know how to calculate WACC using the CAPM. Be able to explain a DCF, comps, transaction method models. Maybe look into Black Scholes, but if this is for an entry level I doubt they will grill you on technicals. Whenever we hire entry level, it's more personality fit and overall competency.
I would watch Damodaran's video series. He sticks to a lot of fundamental valuation and explains much of the theory behind it.
This will also be useful in explaining the reasoning behind most answers.
Big 4 Valuation Partner meeting (Originally Posted: 08/19/2009)
I have a meeting coming up with a partner at a big 4 valuation arm. My GPA is mediocre and I am at a non-target big 10 college.
Besides reading Vault guide and M&I, What else should I do to prepare the meeting in order to win his/her favor?
What question I should ask and not ask?
Thank you
