Variability in Hours Within Groups
Currently a SA and trying to figure out which group to target for FT. Through talking to people and stalking people on teams, I see that there is a lot of variability even within a specific group. For example, there's a guy in the media group at my bank whose teams always says he logs off at 8:30-9:30 and he told me he loves the WLB of his group. Then there's another whose Teams says 2:30am or later and he's told me the same group works a lot. Why is this?
