Very Quick (I Promise) Excel Question
Apologies if there's something I'm completely missing, but is it possible to format a percent so that it shows up in bp format?
For example, could I type in 2.5% and have it show up as 250 bps?

Use a custom number format.
Right, but what would I type in? How do I make 2% into 200 bps? I know I can change the format to ### "bps", type in "200" and it would show up as "200 bps." However, I need to have percentages do that.
Hmm, I don't think it's possible, actually.
It is possible with custom number formats. See the below link, and scroll down to the part about thousands separators. The relevant operator is the comma.

Oh, off the top of my head, I'm not sure - I can't really think of a custom number format that would display a percent a hundreds number.
I would probably just insert a column, and use a quick multiplier, followed by a custom format - quick and easy.
Thanks guys
How about displaying numbers in millions. e.g.: 222,333,333.34 --> 222mm
