Viking vs P72 vs Citadel vs Renaissance
Got an offer at two of these places from MF PE, was wondering which I should take? Comp is higher at some than others.

Completely different firms. You cannot compare renaissance to Viking, that is just insane. Guess offer at citadel and p72, but no one is going to be able to give you a good answer based on this info (and no notion of team, role, etc and not to mention how much culture/personal fit matters).

If Viking is an option, would take that - great founder and track record, and the SM structure is better long term unless you're in a rush to run your own book.
If it's P72 vs Citadel - you should choose based on the PM, not the firm. PM will ultimately determine experience, learning, comp, job security, etc.
