Completely different firms. You cannot compare renaissance to Viking, that is just insane. Guess offer at citadel and p72, but no one is going to be able to give you a good answer based on this info (and no notion of team, role, etc and not to mention how much culture/personal fit matters).

Safe to assume not RenTech, not sure why you'd even include in this context.
If Viking is an option, would take that - great founder and track record, and the SM structure is better long term unless you're in a rush to run your own book.
If it's P72 vs Citadel - you should choose based on the PM, not the firm. PM will ultimately determine experience, learning, comp, job security, etc.
