Virtual SA 2021 Roommates? - SF/Bay Area
It’s probably safe to say most of us at BBs/EBs will be virtual this year, especially in California. Starting this thread to see if anyone wanted to set up camp somewhere in the Bay Area if your office is stationed here. Sure we won’t be able to go to the office, but it could be nice to meet up with other interns/network individually in the city. I’ll start with what I’m looking for:
Housing Dates: Jun 1st - Mid August (Fungible ending date)
Budget: Ideally $2300 for my own room (including utilities and such) - thinking of getting an Airbnb
Area: Preferably somewhere in SoMa, FiDi...honestly not too familiar with the area so would love recommendations
Gender: I’m a girl but don’t care about my roommate’s gender
Covid: At least believe it’s real enough to wear your mask when you go out to see folks / social distance

If you're gonna spend 2,300 a month it's probably better to just stay home and save that money tbh.
I would! But I’ve been home for a year and love the parents but looking to get my own space. What price would you say would be worth it, more in the 1500-1700 range?
