What’s the typical VP hours you guys normally see in a middle market IB role? Middle market bank
Is it culturally looked down upon if your VP gets in a 8:30am but leaves the office around 5pm and finishes up the rest of his day from home?
How do juniors feel about that?
Our group isn’t a face time group as context so just curious about everyone’s take

In office between 8:30 - 5:30 on average Mon-Thurs. Leave earlier on Friday.
