Think analyst to associate used to be ~$25k. Not sure what’s that’s now and how much should be 2VP would be now
Anyone you lateral to will be happy to cover the standard $0 "promotion bonus".
Some banks have programs where analysts to associate promotes get a ~$100k bonus if they stay for 3 years after promotion to associate. So effectively if you stick around to be promoted to VP you get that extra $100k. Is that what you’re asking about? If so, I would be very surprised if another bank wouldn’t pay that out if they were recruiting you. Experienced associates / VP1s are in very high demand and banks are paying up to get you
