VP – Senior Portfolio Manager - Structured Commodity Finance  – New York or Houston

Top boutique financial services firm, with strong and highly-regarded lending and trading platforms, seeks a professional with 8-14+ years of banking experience, focused on credit analysis and portfolio management in the commodity finance space. Team is responsible for business development, but this role will be exclusively in relationship and portfolio management.  Individuals will spend their time: performing due diligence on commodity-related obligors (trading firms, mining concerns, growers, energy providers, et al); reviewing and negotiating credit documentation; and diving deeply into compliance certificates and financial statements to uncover trends in the industry.  Strong performers will be given additional managerial responsibility for junior staff.  Persuasive written and oral communication skills, collegial team membership, a commitment to flawless execution, and building insights within the industry will be critical components of your success in this role. Please send resume (cover letters not required) to ed@edwardmcnallyassociates.com, and thanks for viewing my posting.
