I heard bonuses for AN1 are determined in June/July depending on the bank but when do they actually get paid out?
If I have another offer to leave the bank after my first year, can I leave after I get the number in the summer or should I wait till it gets paid out?

Have heard some banks will have a date you have to stay through to get the bonus on a later date. My bank just switched the bonus schedule around and analysts were told as long as you stay through June 30th and leave on good terms you’ll get your payout august 15th
