I like how he said there were four primary causes...then proceeded to list three.
1.) Stupid Fucking Government 2.) Regulator asleep at the wheel 3.) Very deceitful and conniving and corrupt developpers 4.) Wankin' fuckin' bankers
I know the first two might be the same, but I think he intended to separate them.
He said we had a "stupid government with a regulator asleep at the wheel", that's one reason. I'm paraphrasing here. The "with" makes it part of the first reason.
