Want to hear success stories of breaking into IB with similar or worse background

I want to hear about people's own experiences and or maybe people you know that have broken into IB with a similar background or worse background. Preferably stories of breaking into EBs, but anything is fine tbh. My background: - Just finished my junior year with a 3.3 GPA, Finance Major at Mccombs Business School. - No background in any finance internships, may possibly acquire something this summer in PE, or startups - Four years of affiliate marketing experience, made 150k+5% compensation so sometimes 180k annually - Discovered IB about 2 months ago, my technical knowledge is absolute shit. Spent almost no time studying technicals because only been networking. Have decent accounting knowledge
