Was wondering what your opinions on these two courses which I am considering at Warwick. On one hand PPE is a more respected degree, however, finance and accounting has the WBS stamp.

Only if you decide to do so. You can also tailor your PPE curriculum to be quite math, statistics and finance heavy especially when doing the BSc route at Warwick.
