What do you guys recommend for energy?
in college went to bed every night at like 4 and woke up at 12pm-2pm. Gonna be a massive massive adjustment coming up real soon and I am nervous af for it. I understand energy drinks daily will be absolutely horrible for my body. Is the goo to just coffee? I assume caffine gum/pills also are pretty sketchy and not worth it. Any lowkey products u guys use?

Coffee, caffeine pills (occasionally), Vyvanse (rarely). Careful with ADHD meds, I know they're doctor prescribed, but let's not pretend that it's anything but legalized meth.
Modafinil. Can be prescribed for work sleep disorder I think.
I had a similar sleep pattern in uni.
I don't drink coffee or take any energy substances. I fixed it by realising that if I don't get out of bed then I get fired. More powerful motivator than any substance. From then on its sheer willpower. Honestly, I'd advise against becoming dependent on any substance to do what your body can do naturally if you let it adjust.
