Was a lateral from M&A strategy with 2 years of experience + CFA. Came in as an An1 at a mid-market firm, should I make the case to be bumped to An3 or associate this cycle?
I've been at a mid market for about 8 months, and in a few months I'll be due for moving up to An2 but it feels like I'm not treated like a typical green analyst and given a more complex workload since I have prior work experience. Has anyone lateralled from a different industry and was given an accelerated promo timeline? Thanks
