All the different traffic statistics would probably be useful, things such as
Traffic Rank, Reach, Pageviews, Pageviews/User, Bounce %, Time on Site, and Search %.
For a basic website I think the standard multiple is c. 10 months revenue.
Follow Facebook and go for 70x profit.
it'll depend on youe CPM, if it's a vertical website (like about dogs, frequented by dog owners), then your CPM will be higher
