Anybody know how big of a deal this cognitive test is? Seems like it’s used by quite a few banks. Have gotten asked to take it as part of insight day applications, but considering just withdrawing app cause don’t have time currently to devote to prep.
Am I overthinking it? How much does this thing matter? How much do insight days matter?
If anybody has experience with this or another cognitive test would be helpful to hear what kind of impact you think it had
