Does Wells Fargo still have a 3 year analyst program or did it change to a 2 year program to match the rest of the banks?
I am asking because most banks for IB/S&T pay $175k after 2 years of the analyst level.
Also, is the base pay still 110/125/135?

It has been typically three for the past few years but this year, they changed it to allow groups to nominate second years for promotion. Believe it’s too early to determine future precedent since not all groups have bought into it yet.
Curious if anyone has more recent info on this. CRE Analyst program claims a 2 year analyst program but not sure how reliable this is because I know associates who had to do 3 years as an analyst.
