Will give em a kick up, no cap 🧢
Word in my former Wells Fargo branch is that they're having their budget for raises go up from 3% to 3.5% this year. It may depend on the state; I was based in the US—Far North region.
obviously a good thing, they also announced a 2k bonus for every FTE. def wont hurt you as an intern lol. probs bigger impact for markets tho
You’re cooked if you’re an intern

Same (non target tho)
Have you heard anything about placements? they have been super quiet since signing, no replies to networking emails either
I think I’ve gotten like 1 email from them when I signed, nothing since. I think I heard more info near fall
