What is the usual bonus at Wells? DO they pay street or is it below? Also do top groups like REGAL and FIG pay out higher bonuses?

you have some atypical gravy train setup that probably won’t last. Coverage analysts definitely don’t get the same kind of bonus

M&A here and we are expecting the worst case scenario. We are very understaffed (although it still not as bad as ECM) so I would expect something below 50% base this year.
