Hi guys, I have an interview coming up with Well Fargo's E&P group in Houston and was curious to hear your thoughts in terms of exit opps, deal flow, etc.

lost two first year analysts and six associates in ~two months

As said above, overwhelmingly pitches and internal memos. Energy dealflow is down and there just isn’t enough m&a to feed everyone, so it mostly goes to the top groups 

Some good seniors to work for, some extremely  toxic

Digital facetime heavy (culture of paying attention to the chat status and expecting anyone working  to be green)

if you aren’t in IB and want to be, great move. If you’re in IB and looking to lateral... don’t.
