Wells Fargo meal stipend n perks?
Hello, been chatting with friends at other banks about meal stipends for analysts and other perks. Can anyone provide insight into Wells Fargo IB perks? Also protected days/weekends would be good to know too!
Pencils down at 6:30 every Friday as well as a protected weekend each month. I haven't received any company branded stuff since starting (few things as an intern). $25 meal stipend which can only be used in the office for dinner. No free snacks (expect coffee, tea and hot chocolate), but they have a vending machine full of stuff and charge a dollar for peanuts and pretzels lmao.
Jesus Christ, I know Scharf is focused on cost cutting but that's definitely skimping out on IB perks...especially when he's trying to grow CIB lol.
Yea it's been quite disappointing on the pay and perks front considering where the platform is going. Maybe lifting the asset cap will help, but not holding my breath.
Has there been a change in this out of curiosity
