I have the opportunity to interview for Wells Fargo’s TMT group. Most interesting in hearing about WLB and culture. Have heard some concerning things about working hours coupled with cultural issues.

Have heard the culture has improved materially with recent hires etc.Think its a good spot to be - growth platform, good use of balance sheet. Would recommend.
