So this comment is a little stale but as of a few years ago, all their tombstones were debt financings and the deal they marketed ad nauseum was Kroger Albertsons which fell apart. There are some nice folks in the group so the culture seems collegial enough but theres also some people (one VP in particular) who don’t seem to do any work whatsoever.
Pretty chill group. Not very high on league table compared to other coverage groups at Wells, so don’t do a whole lot. They are very good at pushing work onto product teams (M&A etc).
