WFH policy in IB in London

I'm wondering what is the WFH policy at the analyst level in IB in London. Can you share any insights on that, particularly on BB/EB/MM? I'm thinking specifically about IB and not some support functions.

Are there any banks in London that allow IB analysts to work from home at least once a week? Or are any WFH arrangements team-dependent?

I'm at a large international bank and WFH once per week (well, Fridays) is still fairly common at the Analyst level. It isn't exactly encouraged, but it's not (at least explicitly) discouraged either. With the exception of a few banks, I'd say that this setup is fairly market standard (for now at least).

At US BB. Need to be in the office 5 days a week and if you're not in the office you need to tell the staffer before and you need to have a valid reason (like being sick, not expecting an Amazon delivery). During the weekend people typically work from home.
