What activities to leave on/off resume?

I am going out for investment banking and have been trying to make sure my resume is as good as can be.

I have some options for what I can include on my resume, although some of them aren't all that good.

Here is what I have to choose from:

Legit boutique summer internship
internship at VC that hasn't even started actually writing checks, kinda bs cause through club.
good/selective finance club
okay finance club board seat
litigation club (with business compliance focus but still not that relevant)

this is essentially my current resume. I secured a basically unknown boutique fall offer, and will update my resume once it starts.

Just want to know which of these I should replace with my new internship. My instinct is either the VC because its probably the biggest stretch of the truth considering it was through a club, which I do state on my resume, but still. Or the litigation club because it isn't all that relevant.

Anyone feel strongly about either of those? Or about some other line on my resume?

Just want to make sure I am positioning myself as best I can.  Any advice is helpful.

My resume is one page. I could fit everything if I trimmed down the section on my boutique internship, but I was also considering whether including too many less relevant experiences might actually be a negative. My thinking was that a tighter IB focus could be better than listing every possible activity, but I might be overthinking it. If it makes more sense to include everything, I could do that too.

I appreciate you responding.
