What am I doing wrong for ft recruiting?
I'm a senior at one of stern/cornell/columbia/duke with a 3.7 gpa and an MM IBD summer with an RO, and I can't seem to get interviews for anywhere, even in the UMM space. I'm so confused because I was told my cv was competitive and have been chatting like crazy, but have not been able to get traction anywhere even with positive feedback from calls (referrals, etc). I understand FT process is in it's later stages, but what am I doing wrong?
