What are my chances - Senior in September and applying for FT

Hi guys,

I am going to start my senior year in September and going to be applying for some full time offers. I have a 3.3 GPA from a target school with a double major in economics and finance. Heres some details:

1) I am interning at a stem cell startup company as a finance and operations intern. I've done some research into setting up new collection centers and am working on setting up a Indian Subsidiary.

2) I also co-incorporated a Nurse placement company, where Nurses trained in India are placed in hospitals in America. Sort of decided to take advantage of the shortage in America.

3) I had a Citigroup summer analyst interview, but didn't get an offer. They said my answer to why I want to do i-banking was not clear enough.

4) I have a decent set of extra-curriculars.

My finance experience as you can see is minimal and my GPA is not good. Ideally, I would like to work at a BB, but I am very realistic about my chances and realize that I will probably end up at a smaller bank. I would appreciate it if you guys could give some advice on what I can leverage from my details and what sort of banks I should be looking at. I really appreciate your help.

Thanks, Anvar
