What are the numbers on the street this year?

Fellow monkeys, I'm genuinely looking to find out for those who got FT FO (starting this July/ August) what numbers are you looking at? Please break down into base/ signing/ stub/ year end. I'm looking specifically for BB IBD Associate numbers (strictly post MBA, not 3rd year analyst promotes). What is the progression like to 2nd yr - 3rd yr - AVP/VP? Please don't direct me to the search function, already searched, I have a rough idea; I'm just looking for current numbers. Thanks my fellow monkeys!

People tend to think life is a race with other people. They don't realize that every moment they spend sprinting towards the finish line is a moment they lose permanently, and a moment closer to their death.

He probably only read the first sentence or two and didn't see that it was for Associate, not Analyst numbers.

I am permanently behind on PMs, it's not personal.

The base numbers I have heard are signing bonus of 60k, moving stipend of 5k for material and 500 for travel, stub salary 100k pro rated, and starting salary of 120k. Of course I have not heard any bonus numbers, as that will come later, but people seem to think that it will be 100% of what your prorated salary.

Sounds like the first 18 months are worth about 310k, then you collect your first real bonus. Hope this helps.

These are for top bulge in NYC, post MBA.
