What CRM do you use?

I'm at a boutique M&A and fundraising advisory services firm and we are looking into getting a new CRM. We tried something old school and currently using MadeMarket but I am very unhappy with it. It's difficult to record information, run reports, and link relationships (we focus on the tech industry and there are lots of VC, PE, legal, Board member, etc. relationships in tech). What CRM do you use and do you like it?

And what other sales tools do you use (like Mailchimp, Yesware, Apollo, etc.)?

Thanks much

For CRMs tailored to boutique M&A and fundraising advisory firms, you might want to consider platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Global Database for CRM enrichment. These are versatile options that can be customized to suit your specific needs, including robust reporting features and the ability to manage complex relationships.

Salesforce, for instance, offers a wide range of features and integrations, making it a popular choice among businesses of all sizes. HubSpot provides a user-friendly interface and integrates well with marketing automation tools, which could be beneficial if you're looking to streamline your processes further. Zoho CRM is known for its affordability and scalability, making it a suitable option for growing firms. Global Database specializes in CRM enrichment, providing valuable data insights to enhance your customer relationship management efforts.
