What do I want for networking and connections I make at this stage in life? (Between HS & UG)

I have written the beginning and end of the follow up email I intend on sending to a connection I made recently. The connections isn't great in terms of investment banking, but she is very senior and did college recruiting at Bain in the late 80's.

The problem is that I don't really know what would be appropriate for me to ask for as a highschool student ( starting UG in june). Connections to other more finance centric individuals? Programs and potential internship opportunities that I could apply for or be referred to?

I am going to need some sort of experience to make it into the hyper competitive investment banking club at my Uni so maybe asking about programs and internship/job opportunities should be my utmost priority.

Or should I just leave it at thanking her for her time and guidance, then follow up in the future when I would be eligible for more opportunities.

Also, I made another connection who worked a BO job in tech at a BB. Is this just as strong/weak of a connection as the one mentioned above? Should I ask anything different of her? She too is very senior and is currently in a finance position at a foundation.
