Solid TMT team in Beijing, decent exit opps. Not sure about b-school prospects, but I guess your chance to get into top b-school will not be good if you compete in the IB pool. No hukou btw (if you are from mainland).

Don't know much about Chinese banks, but the website looks a bit cheesy. the management team's biographies are ok though - mostly ex CS and Morgan Stanley guys.
Don't know much about China. But it's clearly a new start-up. Then again I always believe China will have its own tier of banks matching GS/MS one day. But think how many will go bust before any emerges.
Look at its deals though. They're small and infrequent. No M&A deals in 07 and 06. Just placements, but they're very small. Sub-MM. There's no way you'd give up a proper offer for this.
