What does IBDC stand for?
An analyst I spoke with over the phone mentioned something called an IBDC. I believe it is an internal memo that the bank or third party reviews to sign off on the deal/transaction. The memo highlights the merits of the transaction, but I was wondering what does IBDC stand for.
