Depends on the bank. They will tell you what they pay for closer to your start date. My first bank provided laptop + wfh tech (monitors, mouse, keyboard etc) and either a work phone or 50/month for phone bill. They also reimbursed up to $400/year for “wellness”

At a different bank now and they have a 1k wfh stipend and you use your personal phone.

Almost every bank pays for an Uber home if you stay late enough (8-10pm typically) and dinner (some wfh/others only in office) if you work late enough.

They only asked for the phone and laptop so that’s all I gave them back :)

That’s been the case for everyone I know at that bank. Obviously all the wfh stuff wasn’t at the office and when you quit for a competitor you’re cut off. My bank gave me 3 options, I could hand deliver my equipment, mail it back (they provide label/box… I took this route, the shipping label was for up to 5lb and the box tiny) or they would send someone to my house to collect the stuff. It’s probably too much of a hassle to collect everything else. I woulda happily gave them everything else.
