What firms are still hiring for FT?

This summer I internet at a good MM firm, but was informed by them that I would not be getting a FT offer at the end of the summer because of some new HR policy that would not allow them to hire international students.

To make matters worse, I was required to be out-of the country at the end of August until a few days ago, due to some family issues, and missed most FT interviews.

So, does anyone know of any companies that are still doing FT recruiting?
