While I know the list of firms that have a restructuring practice, I wanted to know the ones that have a group where you specifically apply into restructuring as opposed to being a generalist who does some rx deals. For example, PJT has RSSG, but Moelis is a generalist program without a dedicated group you apply into (I believe).

Do you know if lazard does or is it generalist?
Ducera has a strong RX practice--that being said, I'm not sure if it's separate from their M&A work.
If it's not, they mostly do RX deals so you'd almost be on the equivalent of a dedicated RX team.
They're mainly known for their RX. They've been on some really great mandates over the last few years.
Quite sure Rothschild has a pretty bangin Rx group and Laz have a dedicated group in some offices. In others, its Generalist M&A/Rx
Both rothchild RX MDs left earlier this year.
