What Happened to Aegis Capital Group? Did they shut down?

Anyone know what happened to the private equity group, Aegis Capital Group? The one who's PR guy, Brett Hickey, was on Season 2 of Wall Street Warriors?

They had a nice website just a year ago and now it's this: http://aegiscg.com

(thats the real site. there are a few fake ones on the internet pretending to be them)

i googled everywhere...anyone know what happened to that firm? did they flop over? is brett unemployed now or what?
