Title. Bonus threads used to be filled with good data about comp. It gave us a way to compare our bonuses across the street, and offered some transparency to compensation. It seems like the last 3 years the quality has nose dived, being full of “bumps” and no comp data. Why are people not posting bonuses anymore?
