What happened to quality bonus threads?
Title. Bonus threads used to be filled with good data about comp. It gave us a way to compare our bonuses across the street, and offered some transparency to compensation. It seems like the last 3 years the quality has nose dived, being full of “bumps” and no comp data. Why are people not posting bonuses anymore?
Because bonuses have been shit and no one wants to talk about their $20k pre-tax check
