It would also go bankrupt since it's a subsidiary. I wouldn't be worried about that though, Swiss and Saudi governments would never let it happen. A total meltdown of a "systemically important institution" would be bad for all of us here, not just CS folks.
CSFB has cut some headcount already, but nothing more drastic than what we've seen at GS/Barclays/Citi in the US business.
