What happens when you arrange a call with someone and they blow you off?

From the perspective of candidate to employer. I am the candidate asking for the call.

How long do you stick around waiting?

When do you just call it a day?

When do you push back and say you're not available?

What about in the case of them asking to reschedule, how do you handle that?

What if you get blown off again?

I get it I am the one asking for favors, but I value my time as well.

agree with this for sure, but don't be too big of a pushover

call it quits when the dude stops responding to your emails after three tries, if he keeps rescheduling just go along with it until he ignores you completely. "ok no problem, how about day 1 2 3, i am available from x to y"

wait about 15-20 mins after your scheduled call time to politely send him an email asking if he can still chat or does he need to resched

never play email tag, when u send an email tell the dude when you're available on more than one day and in large blocks of time

you got this future MD
