What is a good mix of contacts to have for recruiting?
Whats a good number of quality contacts to have per bank? If you have 4 very solid contacts, is there a point to keep networking and asking for referrals within the group?

more important than the number of contacts you have is how useful or helpful those connections can actually be. You could have 20 connections at a firm but if they're all analysts with no pull, then they can't exactly be helpful with pushing your resume. If you have connections who are actively involved in recruiting, then that's much more useful
