What is a small/big IPO?
I initially figured that a big IPO is like a big M&A deal, a couple bn+. As I've been looking at precedent IPOs, there are barely any above the 1bn mark. That said, how would you define a small or a big IPO, is there a generally accepted threshold to be considered a big IPO?
