What is after AI?

Heard it internally at my firm and obviously seen the headlines. Jobs not only in IB but everywhere are going and they're going fast. I don't think deal markets are as closed as people are believing yet headcount is shrinking. Every single conversation I see of Jamie Dimon or David Solomon or some other CEO talking about AI they stutter "we won't have to fire anyone if AI will dramatically expand market share" (You're GS/JPM/etc what more market share could you possibly get in a matured industry). So I guess whats next. Ray Dalios world order video described that developing nations switch from manufacturing to services but what happens when we're being outcompeted for both? Not even that but it feels like the wealth divide is likely at all time highs with Musk on track to become a trillionare in the next decade and Trump completely being out of touch with the needs of the majority of people in this nation in favor of the ultra elites (Silverlakes entire sourcing pipeline is doing tricks on Trumps pipe). Shooting up military spending + politicizing it, retard tariffs then having to spend even more to bail out those domestic industrys reliant, Netanyahu's bitch, borderline facist. Even this AI circle spending circle jerk is blatantly designed to attract new investor capital into a clear bubble to advance innovation in the short term while completely fucking over the consumer once it inevitably bursts. I would say I'd like to be a capitalist but the only way I see out is if we completely ditch the longstanding capitalist system and greatly expand the welfare state to supply a basic universal income to redistribute wealth back to the people. But I don't know where it goes and it seems like theres 0 end in sight I don't see the world where this doesn't all just collapse hard.
