$42 an hour with OT? I’m not a math genius but you’d make hella money at that rate. I get $20 hour… would need to work 80hr weeks to match 100k annually…

 

Same here, how many hours are you expecting? Kinda worried $20 won’t go too far unless we are working 80+ hour weeks

 

I signed hourly. I was pleasantly surprised when I did some quick math and realized that works out to almost 5k per week @ 80hrs and 1.5 OT… much more than my prorated peers. Now, I don’t know if we will be quietly encouraged to not take OT, but according to offer we must clock everything. Seems like the firm is wasting their $$$… not complaining tho.
