I’m currently an analyst in a coverage group (FIG, P&R) looking to lateral, I think either to a Consumer Retail team if possible.
Are there any good firms or teams that focus on consumer IB, and what is it like working in this sector? Are there many buyside opportunities?

Solomon, Piper and Cvp have good consumer groups. HL is good in food and bev.
