What is Consumer Retail IB like?
I’m currently an analyst in a coverage group (FIG, P&R) looking to lateral, I think either to a Consumer Retail team if possible.
Are there any good firms or teams that focus on consumer IB, and what is it like working in this sector? Are there many buyside opportunities?
What do you not like about FIG IB just out of curiosity?

Solomon, Piper and Cvp have good consumer groups. HL is good in food and bev.
adding to what was said above. Financo has a lot of strong/cool clients. Theres a lot of good ones tbh just use google and vet them
