85k + 10k + 20k-70k depending on stub vs full year. Of course there's exceptions to this but I'd say most tend to fall in this range for a first year.
20k bonus? That’s a stub dawg.
If you got a 20k bonus for 12 months of work they were really nice to not fire you.
