What is "Lead" at Deutsche Bank
I'm looking at job spec with DB in London that's titled Innovation Lead. Anybody have any idea where in the hierarchy a job that says "Lead" in the spec sits at Deutsche Bank?
The role is in the COO office at the group level leading digital initiatives across all of DB's businesses and functional areas. With other banks this type of role will typically require experience levels in the 12 to 15+ years range. But the way the DB spec reads it sounds like they're after an associate level candidate.
I tried reaching out their HR but hey it's HR and as HR it's their god given right not to respond to outreaches about jobs they are trying to fill.
