What is the absolute minimum that you should expect as a starting salary at a boutique investment bank?
Title basically says it all. I'm in the process of interviewing other investment banks to lateral as an experienced analyst. Total comp at my first bank is abysmal (think $60k total comp in a major city) but I gained great M&A transaction experience. What should be my minimum for salary requirements?
